Marketing & Communication
– Research, develop recipes and test products
– Go on short business trips with distributors, salesteam or events organized by Marketing
– Prioritize recipes research for artisan channels, small bakeries, and homemade
– Research the market, grasp trends, and come up with recipes suitable for the company’s products
– Support the Chef on projects to build the company’s image
– Connect and support with other departments
– Bachelor’s degree in related majors.
– Have at least 4 years of experience in the bakery industry. Especially, 2 years of experience making pastry in 4-5 star hotels or famous bakery chains is an advantage.
– Fluency in English or French is an advantage.
– Can go on short-term business trips to another province or city.
– Have an analytical, rigorous and proactive personality.
– Good communication skills to work in teams and with other departments.
– Organizational and problem-solving skills.
– Good computer skills (Microsoft Office…).
