JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Social Media Execution (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Tiktok)

Be responsible for executing planned content on social media platform

Create content for specific angles (corporate, event, partners, sponsorships, recipe video)
Social media material development by collaborating with inhouse team (design artwork, photograph, video)
Adapt content & material to suit different Social Media channels
Manage online events (promotions, contests, mini games) and delivery gift to winners
Reply inbox of users across social media platform by communicating and interacting with sales team or other internal teams
Daily content update on social media stories (Facebook & Instagram)
Contribute the creative content ideas for the digital marketing campaign
Update and apply new trends of social media marketing to improve the work efficiency

2. Website management

Website management such as update new articles, recipes, image, text, … by dashboard

3. Paperwork preparation

Deploy related paperwork
Monitor and report the performance indicators (KPI) of the communication across Social Media channels

4. Others

In charge of content of POSM (catalogue, leaflet, …)
Support internal team for relevant activities (shooting video/photo, event, …)
Other relevant tasks

JOB REQUIREMENT

Diploma – Experience

Bachelor’s degree of Marketing is an advantage
Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing/Content/Communication/Social Media with similar position, preferably within the F&B and FMCG industry
Having good foundations and understanding in communication and social media
Experience in social media would be an advantage

Skill

Good command in Microsoft Office
Proficient in English (writing & speaking)
Good communication skills and have high responsibilities
Dynamic and capability in multi-tasking
Having can-do attitude, detail oriented, open-minded, good art-sense, marketing mindset
Be able to work overtime (if needed), independent as well as a team player
