Manage the team to achieve results which meet individual and team targets and objectives
Desk research for technical information related to the assigned product development projects.
Plan, implement and supervise the experiments/ trials related to product development. Collect data/ result of these experiments/ trials and make report accordingly.
Solve technical problems arising during the process of developing new products and during production.
Issue out new product ideas (for example: new product categories or new product flavors) and conduct experiments/ trials to actualize these ideas.
Communicate directly with clients/ suppliers about technical matters or provide technical support for sale department/ purchasing department in working with clients/ suppliers.

Bachelor/Engineer degree in food science, food technology or other relevant majors.
At least 3 years of experience in R&D position in food processing companies. Experience of developing fruit product is a plus.
Experience in managing people.

Extensive knowledge of food ingredients, additives, processing.
Vietnamese & English speaking and writing. French speaking and writing are a plus.
Analytical, rigorous and takes initiatives.
Strong communication skills to work in team and cross-functionally.
Strong organization skills.
Ability to solve problems.
Good computer skills (Microsoft office…).
