Responsibilities
As a Social & Content Executive you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive business growth. You will oversee the creation, production, and distribution of high-quality content across various social media platforms, primarily focusing on short-form videos and creative content.
Content Creation and Production:
- Oversee the creation and production of high-quality short-form video content, including Reels and TikTok.
- Input creative briefs and provide clear direction to agencies and production houses.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Brief and oversee the performance of agencies and production houses for content creation and shooting.
- Edit videos using CapCut or other video editing software to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Add music, text, and visual effects to enhance the video’s impact.
Basic Graphic Design:
- Create eye-catching graphics and visuals using Canva or other design tools.
- Design social media posts, banners, and other marketing materials.
Social Media Management:
- Publish content on various social media platforms, including Reels, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and improve ROI.
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers (KOLs, KOCs) to promote the brand and our products.
- Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
- Track and measure the performance of influencer campaigns.
Brand Guardianship:
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Monitor brand reputation and address any negative feedback or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Stay Updated on Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Experiment with new formats and techniques to keep our content fresh and engaging.

Diploma – Experience
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Reels and other short-form videos
- Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut) and design tools (Canva).
- Excellent creative and storytelling skills.
